Who We Are

  • What services do you offer?

    Adade Consulting shall assist the client in grant searches, selections, development, construction of, and submission to funding agencies.

  • What do you expect from me?

    You will fully cooperate with the timely responses to any requests from Adade Consulting, Inc.

  • What conditions should I be aware of?

    The Client must understand that failure to comply with timely responses could impede the successful funding of submitted projects. There is no guarantee of funding of submitted grants, however, the goal is the satisfaction of the Client that Adade Consulting, Inc. has done its best in positing the Client for funding. The Client should also understand that in most instances, Adade Consulting, Inc. must physically upload files for grant submission. This process takes time, is tedious, and is detail-oriented; therefore, all requested files must be in hand during this process. The Services will be delivered by person, email, Zoom, telephone (or other methods Adade Consult, Inc. and Client agree on), for a period at a mutually agreed time. The schedule may be modified, if necessary, and if both Parties agree to such modification. Either the Client or Adade Consult, Inc. may terminate the Services at any time within 48 hours notice of termination, with no further obligation, and the Client shall receive a full refund of all fees paid for the Services not delivered. The Client shall pay any outstanding fees and commissions for future successful grants in full. At the end of the Contract Period, the Contract may be renewed if both Parties are agreed.

  • Who retains the grant materials and copyright?

    Intellectual Property Rights: (This paragraph prohibits giving a grant, prepared by Charles Quist-Adade, PhD, Executive Director, Adade Consult, Inc. to another organization (for their use.) Charles Quist-Adade, PhD. shall own and retain all rights, title and interest in and to all Work and all other reports, documents, materials, ideas, concepts, know-how, specifications, plans, notes, drawings, designs, pictures, images, text, audiovisual works, data, information and other items, expressions, works of authorship or work product of any kind that are authored, produced, created, conceived, collected, developed, discovered or made by Charles Quist-Adade, PhD. or Adade Consult, Inc. in connection with the Work or which relate in any manner to the Work, or which result from any Work produced by Quist-Adade, PhD.  or Adade Consult, Inc. for Publication/Submission, including all intellectual property rights therein (collectively the "Work Product"). To the extent applicable, Quist-Adade, PhD.  or Adade Consult, Inc. shall be deemed to be the "author" of all Work Product, and all such Work Product will constitute "works made for hire" under the Copyright Act ( R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42) 

  • Determining fee payments

    Payment for the Services shall be determined on a grant-by-grant basis. This payment is based on a $75 (CND) per hour fee. A fee of $250 must be paid upfront per grant. Any FUTURE meetings, whether in person or via Zoom will count against the agreed-upon fee.  There will be periodic reports on time spent on grants up to and over the time for which the client will NOT BE CHARGED. Payment may be made upon invoice through check, debit, or credit card (Visa/MasterCard), PayPal, Stripe, and Interac.


    Successful grant proposals: The client shall pay Adade Consult, Inc. 15% of the total amount of each successful grant, in which case, the grant-writing fee will be deducted from the 15% commission. This includes follow-up correspondence with funding agencies and interim and final reports. No grant/proposal will be submitted without payment of the grant writing fee in full. It is the officer’s responsibility to fund their account.  If payment is not received, the grant will not be submitted.


    Project Management: An additional fee will be charged for project management. The fee will be determined on a project-by-project basis.


    Expenses: Other costs, if any at all, will always be discussed in advance and approved.

    We assist with the registration of Nonprofits/Non-Governmental Organizations, Social Enterprises, and small to medium organizations with BC Registry and charitable status with Canada Revenue Agency

  • What are your fees?

    For registration of Nonprofits/Non-Governmental Organizations, Social Enterprises, and small to medium organizations with BC Registry: $500 with an upfront payment of $150. This involves a name search and registration of your organization with the BC Registry.


    For charitable status, the fee is $2,500, with $500 paid in advance.
